Rates - Commercial Backflow Testing
Following are the current test rates for Addison Backflow. Our price includes testing and certification. We will clean and replace minor rubber parts as needed, at no additional charge. Any repairs beyond the minor rubber parts will be quoted on a time and material basis. Our first visit may be a time when additional parts and labor, may be required, which would be quoted before commencement of work. All documents will be forwarded to the appropriate required agencies and we will notify you as to when your next certification is coming due.
It should be noted that there is no guarantee that a device will not fail sometime in the future. An example of a potential, unpredictable occurrence is dirt, sand or even rocks in the water system. This can damage a device and cause it to fail at ANY time. When a backflow device is tested, it only indicates that it is working adequately at that very time, which is a good indication that it was working properly over the past year. Many other variables can also affect the operation of these mechanical devices. We can only account for our services at the time the work is performed. The future, of course, is always uncertain.

Multi year programs to lock in these rates are available.
Located within your factory's mechanical room, you have the four
following
devices installed; one 8" device on the fire, one 3/4" device on the
fire bypass, one 6" device on the domestic water and one 2" device on
the irrigation system. Its a common practice, here in Illinois, to
charge by size, where the price goes up with size. This scenario could
cost over $1100, by others.
Addison Backflow does not charge by size.....we simply charge a
flat fee per device tested.
